Our kupuna grew food, sustaining families in our community, and as we rebuild and repair the ancient fishpond, we need your help. Help us restore our rock wall against rising sea levels, remove invasive limu, pull mangrove keiki and cut more mature mangrove.  And, from time to time, net, catch and count the f
ish.

7:00 – 7:30 Set up, Registration and morning snack.
8:00 Morning Circle.  Introductions and Oli, before going out to designated areas for work!
11:30 – 12 noon.  Clean up & light lunch!

Can I get service credit for my school/university?
Yes! We’ll have work certificates on hand for those who need one for service requirements.

What Should I Bring?

Reusable water bottle for refilling at the pond.  Please, no single use plastic water bottles.
Clothing and shoes (sneakers or tabis) you won’t mind getting dirty and wet
Gloves, Sun Protection:  Hat, sunscreen, etc.
If you plan on having a lite lunch with us, please be sure to bring your own mess kit!
